JKNPP exposes BJP-land mafia conspiracy to eliminate its chairman
Open admission by BJP agent to liquidate me an eye opener for public: Harsh
1/10/2022 11:09:19 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 10: Playing before the media the confessional statement made by Sanjay Gandotra, a BJP agent wherein he has admitted of having kidnapped and attempted a murderous assault on JKNPP chairman Harsh Dev Singh in August last year, the Panthers Party leaders today said that it should be an eye opener for the civil society, the govt and its various agencies. The audio recording of the said delinquent, who is further accused of looting several people and usurping properties and lands of several people including poor widows in collusion with some BJP leaders, was presented before the media in a press conference held today at Jammu by the senior leaders of Panthers Party including Rajesh Padgotra, Gagan Pratap Singh, Purshotam Parihar, Khajoor Singh and Maqbool Malik.
"In the audio clip played before the entire media, the delinquent Sanjay Gandotra is proudly claiming to have kidnapped Harsh Dev and his wife by cleverly asking his PSO to disembark from the vehicle. He is further heard confessing to have assaulted Harsh Dev left and right along with his wife and one accomplice named Vishal Gupta alias Bunny. He is further heard hurling filthy abuses and choicest invectives upon the mother and sisters of Harsh Dev. He is further heard crossing all limits of indecency and obscenity while referring to Manju Singh, the wife of Harsh Dev. The words used by Sanjay Gandotra against Harsh Dev and his wife would shake the conscience of civil society and of the judiciary which too has been misled and taken for a ride by the said delinquent. All through the audio statement, Gandotra has used highly vituperative, calumnious, offensive and extremely derogatory language against Harsh Dev, his deceased mother, sisters and wife. He has further threatened to attack Harsh Dev in future as and when he gets chance. He confesses in the audio that his ultimate aim is to ensure that Harsh Dev is prevented from participating in elections. What further proof of this politically motivated conspiracy against Harsh Dev is required"?, questioned the NPP leaders.
Harsh Dev disclosed that he has been receiving several threats of physical elimination from BJP goons with open announcements made by the saffron leaders in public meeting to kill him. He had several video clippings and audio clippings of many of these BJP leaders which would be brought before media one by one. He further disclosed that during his abduction by Sanjay Gandotra and his wife, the latter were constantly in touch with ex-BJP MLA, RS Pathania and some other BJP leaders, taking instructions from them on telephone. He regretted that his requests to the Police to trace the call details of delinquents including Gandotra, his wife Shalini and Vishal Gupta on the date of the said episode have all fallen on deaf ears in view of the co-conspirators belonging to the ruling party and wielding influence in power corridors and elsewhere.
