Kin of Hizb most wanted militant commander Jahinger Saroori urged his uncle to surrender

Kishtwar, Jan 17: In a major bolster to the peace initiative, the kin of Jammu and Kashmir most wanted Hizb militants commander Jahinger Saroori has made an appeal to his uncle to surrender and shed the life that revolves around the lofty mountains and in Jungles.
Speaking to Early Times, Junaid Ahmed (Hizbul commander’s nephew) slams Pakistan and apologists and praises Indian army that assisted him and his family despite his uncle being the commander of the most dreaded Hizbul organisation. The army treated him and his family injured in accidents. He said that Indian armed forces came to his rescue and helped him. He further showed his gratitude towards the army when no one else helped him.

Jahinger is the uncle of Junaid Ahmed S/o Abdul Karim - Karim happen to be the elder brother of most wanted militant Jahinger Saroori - while at the same time Karim also had several FIRs registered against him.
Jahingeer Saroori, the longest surviving Hizb militant commander join the militancy in his early 20s in the year 1989, but got exposed in the year 2002. During his 30 year militancy career- He was involved in over one dozen FIRs registered against him including for murder of security forces and threatening, attacking forces - while his name was also surfaced in September 2011 Delhi High Court blast case in which around 17 people died while dozens of people got injured- Similarly his name also surfaced in the killing of Parihar brothers viz BJP State Secretary Anil Parihar and his brother Ajeet Parihar - Subsequently his name also suffered in the killing of RSS leader Chanderkant Sharma and his PSO killed inside District Hospital Kishtwar.
NIA has also seized his property including his ancestral house at Badhat Saroor.
Jahingeer has 4 children including 3 daughters and one son all born during his active life as militant .
The Indian Army has been actively involved in reconstruction and reconciliation of the society in a post conflict scenario apart from containing insurgency in Jammu & Kashmir. It is categorically being done through various social welfare initiatives to develop an alternate self sustained way of life with primary focus on youth and women.
The aim of organising this event was to highlight the participative outlook of the locals towards financial independence, normalcy and ultimately towards nation building.
Junaid said that his father, his mother and his aunt struggle through out their life on its own and passes through difficult time added that no one from Pakistan, Pakistan sponsored Hurriyat, local Imams or political leaders come to their rescue other then the army who despite knowing that he is a kin of terrorist and his father was also involved in subversive activities, army help them.
Junaid said that army even help the son of Jahinger Saroori after he had a fall and injured his leg- it is army who provide him the help as well as the medication.
Junaid urged his uncle to surrender since his family including his children are in need to him.
Slamming Pakistan, Junaid said that Pakistan is pitching Kashmiri and a Kashmiri and wants the youth to shun the path of violence and inform the police and army if someone tried to lure them towards gun culture. He said that he is hopeful that his uncle will listen to his appeal and will surrender before the police and army.
