GDC Sunderbani organizes quiz competition on cyber crimes

RAJOURI, Jan 17: Govt Degree College (GDC) Sunderbani, Cyber Jagrookta Club in collaboration with Department of Sociology as proposed by Ministry of Home Affairs to observe “Cyber Jagrookta Diwas” in its series of activities today organized intra-college quiz competition under the overall supervision of Principal Prof. (Dr) Vandana Gupta. The competition was organized to raise awareness for cyber crimes and how to deal with them.
The entire programme was coordinated by Prof. Sheraz Kousser (Assistant Professor Sociology) and Prof. Sham Lal (Assistant Professor Economics) Convenor and Co-convenor of Cyber Jagrookta Club. In the competition, 1st position was secured by Sonali Sharma of B.A- 5th Sem, 2nd position was shared by five students Rahul Kumar-3rd Sem, Priya Sharma- Ist Sem, Tanvi Sharma- Ist Sem, Sanjeev Sharma 5th Sem and Ravi Kumar of 3rd Sem while 3rd position was shared by seven students namely Salman Khan –Ist Sem, Shilpa Sharma- Ist Sem, Neha Chib- 3rd Sem, Manisha Sharma- 5th Sem, Gourav Sharma-3rd Sem, Rohit Kumar -3rd Sem and Akhil Kumar of 5th Sem.
