Early Times Report

JAMMU, Jan 17: A member of schedule caste category today carried out a silent protest in the Samba district against the non-implementation of an order issued by the competent authority in his favour. The old aged man alleged that Tehsildar Ramgarh did not implement the order issued in his favour on January 14, 2022.
The elderly person said that he has been fighting justice for the past 14 years adding that orders issued by the different courts have been in favour but still then the orders have not been implemented.
He said that his plot of land measuring two Kanals and 10 Marlas under Khasra number 102 at Checki Sallarian in Samba has been encroached upon and an Ashram has come up there.
The senior citizen said that he has met the concerned Sub Divisional Magistrate who has assured him that necessary action would be taken and the order would be implemented in toto.
He exuded confidence that the SDM would keep his word and that he would be handed over the possession of the plot of land.
