| Police arrest notorious bootlegger from Paddar | | |  Early Times Report
KISHTWAR, Jan 21: In a continued action against the sale of illicit liquor, Kishtwar Police of PS Atholi recovered 40 litres of Desi liquor and 10 Bottles of JK special whiskey.
As per the details available with Early Times, Police party from PS Atholi developed an information of illegal sale and purchase of Desi liquor in Padder Area.
Acting swiftly Police party of PS Atholi led by Inspector Vikas Jasrotia under the supervision of SDPO Atholi Vikram Singh raided the suspected locations and recovered 40 liters of Desi liquor & 10 Bottles of JK special whiskey from Main Gulabgarh area.
The arrested persons have been identified as Tenzin Youndan S/O Tsering Dawa R/o Kabban A/P Ghulabgarh.
It is pertinent to mention here that the arrested person is a notorious bootlegger of the area.
In this regard case FIR No. 02/2022 U/sec. 48 (a) (f) Excise act registered at PS Atholi and investigation taken up. |
