| Fill vacant posts of principals, headmasters: JKGLT | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 21: Jammu and Kashmir General Line Teachers (JKGLT) urges Principal Secretary, School Education Department, to fill the vacant posts of principals and headmasters on immediate basis.
A number of high schools and higher secondary schools are without DDOs from the last one year. Many headmasters and principals are holding additional charge of four to five high schools and higher secondary schools affecting the academic and administrative health of these institutions and causing a great inconvenience to teachers for performing their official work.
The officers at the helm of affairs may look into the matter and bring out promotion lists as earlier as possible and engage DDOs to the headless institutions so that these schools do not suffer further. |
