HC regularizes promotion of 22 Sub-Judges

JAMMU, Jan 21: In the full Court meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal, promotions of 22 Sub-Judges are regularized.
According to the order issued by Registrar General Sanjeev Gupta that after considering comparative seniority, vigilance report and performance of all eligible Judicial Officers evaluated in terms of criteria laid down vide High Court Order No. 648 dated 07.09.2019, the adhoc promotion of the following 22 Civil Judges (Junior Division)/ Munsiffs, who are working as Adhoc Civil Judges (Senior Division)/ Sub Judges, is hereby confirmed/regularized from the date they were promoted adhoc basis as Civil Judges (Senior Division)/ Sub Judges are Iqbal Ahmad Akhoon, Phuntsog Angmo, Riyaz Ahmad, Tabasum Qadir Parray, Meyank Gupta, Sajad ur Rahman, Altaf Hussain Khan, Rekha Kapoor, Pooja Raina, Pooja Gupta, Fariqa Nazir, Deputy Kumar, Abdul Bari, Ajay Kumar, Slahuddin Ahmed, Nusrat Ali, Sunil Kumar, Smriti Sharma, Sumati Sharma, Mudasar Farooq, Muzamil Ahmad Wani and Rajeev Kumar.
