GDC Kathua organizes poster making competition

KATHUA, Jan 23: On the 126th birth anniversary of Netaji Subash Chandra Bose, NSS units GDC Kathua today organized a poster making competition in virtual mode.
More than fifteen volunteers took part in the poster making competition. Mehak Gupta’s poster was declared first in the competition and poster of Diksha Khajuria was declared as second in the competition. Third prize was shared by the posters of Anamika and Sachin Gupta. The other participants were acknowledged with participation certificates. Event was judged by Prof Kamaldeep Singh, Head of Punjabi Department and Prof Rajneesh Sharma, HOD Political Science.
This programme was organized under Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav. Netaji Subash Chandra Bose’s 126th birth anniversary on 23 January 2022 is observed as Prakram Diwas. The day is celebrated to honour and remember Netaji’s indomitable spirit and selfless service to the nation.
The event was organized under the patronage of Incharge Principal Prof Raj Kiran Sharma and supervision of NSS Programme Officer Prof Manmohan Singh, Prof Ritu Kumar Sharma and Prof Neha Bandral.
