BGSBU organizes webinar on Atmanirbhar Bharat

RAJOURI, Jan 23: On 125th birthday anniversary of Netaji Subash Chandra Bose, Cultural and Literary Club of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) Rajouri organized a webinar on ‘ Atmanirbhar Bharat: Towards Self Reliant India’. The programme was conducted under the patronage of Vice Chancellor BGSBU Prof. Akbar Masood. In his message, Prof. Akbar Masood paid rich tributes to Netaji Subash Chandra Bose on his 125th birth anniversary.
In his tribute, Prof. Akbar said that ideals and sacrifice of Netaji for the freedom of India will forever inspire every Indian. Prof. Akbar emphasized that the concept of ‘Atma-Nirbhar Bharat’ envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the extension to the realization of the dream of Netaji Subash Chandra Bose to build a strong, self reliant nation.
Students who spoke on the occasion included Nabeeha Dhar, Snobar Fayaz, Haseena, Farhinda Malik, Nadeem, and Vikas Sharma. Speakers highlighted various facets of Atmanirbhar Bharat mission. Dr. Mamta Bhat and Dr. Ana Farkhanda also spoke on the occasion. Dr. Danish Iqbal Raina, Convener, Cultural and Literary Club introduced the topic and highlighted that we should work for building more integrated & cohesive society for the nation building.
Faculty members including Dr. Kafeel Ahmed, Dr. Vinay Kumar, Dr. Jatinder Kumar, Research scholars and students participated in the webinar.
