5/27/2022 11:25:05 PM

Early Times Report

JAMMU, May 27: A meeting on the direction of Ganesh Khajuria, Chairman Jammu & Kashmir Teachers Forum was held by Kuldeep Singh Bandral, Provincial President at Gandhi Nagar. The meeting was attended by the provincial body members. A threadbare discussion on various issues was held in which the following important points were highlighted by every member.
Bandral expressed satisfaction over the move of Principal Secretary School Education Department B. K Singh for the adjustment of headmasters in High School but still many posts of the headmaster in high schools of Jammu & Kashmir provinces are still lying vacant which is a cause of great concern. Without DDO these schools are suffering a lot for the smooth working of these institutions.
Bandral also urged Secretary School Education that the newly promoted lecturers especially females in different discipline be adjusted at convenient places so that they can reach safely at their homes to look after their families as many of them are adjusted in far off places due to which they cannot concentrate on the studies of the students after travelling a long distance.
Bandral urged Principal Secretary School Education that the newly promoted officers/officials who are at the verge of retirement may be adjusted at the nearby places so that they can give proper time and justify with their Job. He appealed the Directorate of Samgra Shiksha Deep Raj to issue an order to all the concerned CEO's of the state that the Masters/Teachers who are doing Talash survey that the earned leave should be given to them and this should be reflected in their service books with proper entries as many of them are denied after their retirement by the AG office.
