DDC discusses deliberates on Developmental deliverables fixed by UT Government for FY 2022-23

KISHTWAR, May 28: All the District and sectoral officers today meet here under the chairmanship of District Development commissioner Kishtwar Ashok Sharma to discuss and deliberate on the exhaustive list of developmental deliverables to be achieved in the financial year 2022-23 for all departments.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner Kishtwar,Sham Lal,Joint Director Planning Mohd Iqbal, Assitant Commissioner Revenue Varunjeet Singh Chanak, Assistant Commissioner Development Kishtwar Atul Dutt Sharma,DPO Kishtwar Sunil Bhutyal besides other district and sectoral officers.
During the meeting, the detailed insight was given to concerned officers regarding monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly targets set by UT Govt.
Besides, threadbare deliberations were also conducted on the roles and responsibilities of each department to achieve the assigned targets.
All the departments were asked to focus on the set targets to propel the growth and development in the district by prioritizing the transformative activities in their respective areas besides to ensure the greater efficiency in overall governance.
DDC kishtwar stressed for greater inter-departmental convergence and co-ordination to achieve the desired results in various priority areas set by the UT government in set timeline.
Besides District officers of concerned departments were asked to conduct weekly meetings to monitor the progress to achieve quantifiable results.
