JAMMU, June 21: Aadarsh Bhartiya Samaj a Social Organisation working to promote Education, Environment, Health and Nationhood among the general masses and students' community in particular observed 'International Yoga Day'. Members performed Yoga as Yoga in the way of science has all tools and techniques which heals our body, mind and soul. Yoga can improve health as well as mind. Yoga concentrates for good designs. Thoughts become pure and pious. In this stressed life if anyone wants to achieve happiness it is only possible by the way of Yoga. As we all know that "Health is Wealth", so, let's take an pledge today on this International Yoga Day that we will keep ourselves fit & fine with Yoga and make a healthy family, society and nation as well. |
