DIPR Jammu accords warm farewell to outgoing JDI Namrita Dogra, welcomes Sapna Kotwal as new Head

JAMMU, June 27: The Office Joint Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) Jammu today organised an impressive function to accord warm send off to outgoing Joint Director, Namrita Dogra and welcome the new Joint Director, Sapna Kotwal.
A cultural programme was organised in the Auditorium of Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) Jammu. The artists of Cultural wing presented musical performances which mesmerized the audience.
Speaking on the occasion, the officers and officials of the Joint Directorate appreciated the leadership qualities and vision of the outgoing Joint Director. It was during her tenure that various issues of employees’ welfare were addressed, particularly holding of DPCs.
The officers highlighted her notable contribution and said that under said her leadership enabled the department to progress significantly.
All the staff members congratulated her on completion of a successful tenure in the department and wished her success for the future endeavours.
Meanwhile, the officers and officials of Joint Directorate also welcomed Sapna Kotwal, who took over as new Joint Director Jammu recently and assured her full support and cooperation.
Deputy Director Headquarters, Rehana Akhter Bijli; Cultural Officer, Assistant Director, Shabnam Jaipuria; Parul Khajuria; Field Publicity Officer, Mukesh Kumar; Information Officer, Sachin Bali and other officers and officials of the department were present on the occasion.
