Doda Admin felicitates UPSC Civil Services qualifier; Hosts interaction with local aspirants

DODA, June 28: District Administration Doda, under the supervision of District Development Commissioner Vikas Sharma, today felicitated Anjeet Singh who qualified the UPSC Civil Services examination this year, here at a simple but impressive function held in Government District Library Doda.
Anjeet Singh also interacted with local Civil Services aspirants and students and shared with them his journey to success.
A thorough question answer session was also conducted where aspirants and students asked him about UPSC examination and strategy related queries and he answered them accordingly.
He advised aspirants to study hard after carefully choosing the right subject. He asked to be disciplined and be ready to serve the nation in whatever profession they remain.
DDC Doda congratulated Anjeet for qualifying the Civil Services UPSC examination 2022. He said that his commendable achievement will motivate many more youth from the District to follow his footsteps and inspire them to compete in the prestigious Civil Services examination.
The DDC Doda asked DEPO Doda to prepare a pamphlet on the subject wise strategy according to UPSC Civil Services syllabus and list of required books, which shall be used by local aspirants as ready made reference.
He asked the library authorities to submit the list of vital books required for Civil Service examination, so that the funds can be arranged and books be dedicated to the library for the use of readers. He also said that the reading hours have been increased recently and shall be increased further in the library if required.
He asked the library authorities to make sure the basic facilities are available in the library for the readers.
The function was attended by CEO Doda, DIO DIPR Doda, DEPO Doda, incharge District Library Doda, the Principals of different Government Higher Secondary Schools, Local Civil Services aspirants, students of Degree College Doda and various Higher Secondary Schools of the district.
