Under Phase II of Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen) NSS volunteers need to reinforce cleanliness behaviours and focussing on providing interventions for the safe management of solid and liquid waste in villages. To make cleanliness and sanitation an integral part of the Gandhian way of living. Gandhi ji dream was total sanitation for all.
