JAMMU, Jan 23: A joint security review meeting was held on Monday by the Indian Army and other security agencies at Nagrota based White Knight Corps.
"Security Review Meet conducted by Indian Army at Nagrota. Meet chaired by Maj Gen JS Bindra," official Twitter handle of the White Knight Corps said.
It further said that senior officers from Police, CRPF, BSF and Intelligence agencies attended the meet.
"The review of internal situation was conducted based on inputs shared," it read.
Earlier on Sunday, India Army along with other sister concern agencies held a security review meeting ahead of Republic Day celebrations and recent Terror Attacks in which seven people were killed and 15 injured in bordering Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The meeting discussed the prevailing security situation in the region and other areas of concern, said an official. |
