| Union Budget far-sighted, pro-people, promising: Kavinder | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 1: Welcoming the union budget 2023-24 presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman today in Parliament, senior BJP leader and former deputy chief minister Kavinder Gupta termed the same as farsighted and pro-people entity which will bail out people especially the poor and middle class as tax cuts would provide a sigh of relief to many.
In a statement issued to media persons, the BJP stalwart said that the union budget will help India to continue its journey of progress and public welfare with special emphasis on women, farmers, youth, marginalized sections and the middle class.
He said that to check the veracity of the goodness of this budget, people should check the response of many opposition leaders including some Congress leaders also as they have openly praised the budget leaving aside the compulsion of criticizing the same for the sake of criticism.
He said that FinMin Nirmala Sitharaman has taken much pain in bringing out such a progressive budget which will further the cause of taking India to new heights of progress with a promise that no one in the country would have to suffer by mounting taxes or any other kind of hardship. |
