Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 21: In a significant step towards fostering academic excellence and professional growth, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between PSPS Government College for Women (GCW), Gandhinagar, and Government Degree College (GDC), Bishnah. The agreement was formally signed by Dr. S.P. Saraswat, Principal of PSPS GCW Gandhinagar, and Dr. Shallu Samyal, Principal of GDC Bishnah. The signing ceremony was attended by Principal Dr. Archana Kaul, senior faculty member Dr. Vasudha Chaudhary (Associate Professor, GDC Bishnah), and IQAC coordinators from both institutions, Dr. Yash Pal Sharma and Prof. Shrotika Rajput. The MOU establishes a collaborative framework focused on academic enrichment and professional development.
