Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 8: The Management Committee of Rehan Basera Shelter Home for Urban Homeless celebrated International Women's Day with great enthusiasm. Madam Mitali Gupta was the chief guest on the occasion. Addressing the gathering, she emphasized that women should support and uplift each other rather than being adversaries.
