Early Times Report KISHTWAR, Mar 19: In a continued effort to support the rehabilitation of recovering drug-addicted patients and to curb the menace of Drugs from the District, the Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Rajesh Kumar Shavan held an interactive session with Recovering Patients registered at the Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) Kishtwar under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan Initiative. The session, aimed at reintegrating these patients into the mainstream, was attended by over 250 Recovering Patients currently receiving care at the ATF. During the session, the DC emphasized the district administration's commitment to using all available resources and strategies to combat the drug menace and support the rehabilitation of patients in the district. The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to Recovering Patients struggling with addiction and help them lead healthier, productive lives. The session was attended by Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP), Pawan Sharma, District Social Welfare Officer (DSWO), Zubair Ahmed, Medical Officer ATF, Dr. Harris Masood, senior officers and staff. |
