Amit Shah's tough stand against terrorism reflects nation's resolve: Kavinder
5/2/2025 9:27:13 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 2: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta today said that Union Home Minister Amit Shah's firm message against terrorism reflects the collective resolve of the nation to uproot the menace of terror from Indian soil once and for all.
Referring to Shah's recent remarks following the Pahalgam terror attack, Kavinder Gupta said the Home Minister's unequivocal commitment to bring every terrorist to justice sends a strong message not just to the perpetrators, but to the entire world that India stands united and uncompromising in its fight against terrorism.
"Amit Shah ji's statement that 'we will not spare anyone' and 'every terrorist will be made answerable' is not just a warning-it is a declaration of India's resolve under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership," said Gupta. "This zero-tolerance approach reflects the sentiment of 140 crore Indians who are determined to see the end of terrorism."
Speaking after the meeting held at Party Headquarters in Jammu, the senior BJP leader also echoed Amit Shah's assertion that the pain of those who lost loved ones in such attacks is shared by every citizen of the country, and reaffirmed that the sacrifices made by the victims and their families will not go in vain.
"The Modi Government has consistently shown that national security is non-negotiable. From policy to action, the commitment is visible on every front-from eliminating terror infrastructure to strengthening border and internal security," he added.
Kavinder said that the overwhelming support India has received globally in the aftermath of such attacks underscores the strength of India's position on terror. "The entire world is standing with India today, as Amit Shah rightly pointed out. This is not just India's fight-it's a global battle against extremism and violence," he said.
The former deputy Chief Minister stated that the people of Jammu and Kashmir are fully behind the Modi Government's mission and have seen a visible change in approach, accountability, and action over the last decade. "New India will never tolerate terror, and this message is loud and clear," he said.
