| Farooq travels on New Srinagar-Katra Vande Bharat Express | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, June 10: National Conference Chief and former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Farooq Abdullah, travelled on the new Srinagar-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Vande Bharat Express inaugurated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi. On this journey, Shri Abdullah was accompanied by other leaders and MLAs, the children of the Hon’ble CM of Jammu and Kashmir and the advisor to the Hon’ble CM, Shri Nasir Aslam Wani.
Children of Hon’ble CM of Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Omar Abdullah, Zahir & Zamir Abdullah, shared their experience of travelling on the newly inaugurated Srinagar-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Vande Bharat Express. They conveyed their joy for the train ride and appreciated the services provided onboard.
Abdullah expressed his admiration for the train and also congratulated the Indian Railway for providing world-class services to the passengers, emphasising that this service will give a major boost to trade and tourism in Jammu and Kashmir.

Further, Shri Abdullah also shared that the Amarnath Yatra is about to commence soon, and urged the devotees to travel via train. He also emphasised that this initiative marks a significant advancement for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, promising a wave of positive developments and enhanced prosperity for the entire nation. |
