Doda, June 21: A breathtaking celebration of the 11th International Yoga Day was held at the scenic heights of Bhallesa where yoga enthusiasts gathered amidst nature to embrace health, peace, and harmony. The event was graced by BMO Gandoh Dr Farooq Saleem,who highlighted the transformative power of yoga in daily life. Participants performed various asanas and breathing techniques in sync with the theme “Yoga for Self and Society,” surrounded by the serene beauty of the mountains.
The celebration also emphasized environmental consciousness with messages on preserving nature and promoting cleanliness.
