Early Times Report JAMMU, Aug 8: Students from Shiksha Niketan School today celebrated Raksha Bandhan with a visit to the Trikuta Nagar Police Station. The event included a rakhi-making competition and was organized to express gratitude and build stronger community bonds. Prior to the visit, students participated in a vibrant rakhi-making competition, showcasing their creativity and craftsmanship. The winning rakhis, along with many others, were then presented to the police officers at Trikuta Nagar Police Station namely Ajay Sharma(SP South), Sheezan Bhat (SDPO), Rajesh Jasrotia ( SHO Trikuta Nagar) Sushil Choudhary (SHO). The students tied winner rakhis to all police officers present there, symbolizing protection and appreciation for their service. The Trikuta Nagar Police Station welcomed the students warmly, expressing their gratitude for the gesture. The event fostered a sense of unity and highlighted the importance of community support for those who work to protect and serve. Refreshment is also distributed among the students by the police personnels. |
