APS Rakhmuthi celebrates Independence Day with patriotic extravaganza

JAMMU, Aug 13: In a vibrant display of patriotism and fervour, Army Public School Rakhmuthi hosted a spectacular event on 13 August2025under the theme "PATROITISM." The event was a true celebration of the spirit of independence and unity, showcasing the talents of the students across various competitions and performances.
The occasion commenced with a warm and hearty welcome, setting the tone for an unforgettable day. It was followed by a ceremonial note with the lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the guiding light of wisdom and knowledge.
The event's eloquence was further enriched by a profound Patriotic Speech rendered in English, delving into the ideals that paved the path for India's hard-fought independence.
The day's ensemble of performances reflected the vibrant energy and fervour of the students. The scholars of literary club staged a captivating skit that not only highlighted their creativity and enthusiasm but also paid tribute to the courage and valour of our heroes.
The cultural extravaganza embraced its indigenous roots with an evocative Patriotic Poem recited in Hindi, evoking the sentiments of devotion and reverence for the motherland.
The zenith of this jubilant celebration was an eloquent Patriotic Song Competition, wherein the illustrious Gandhi, Nehru, Patel, and Ambedkar houses contended with exceptional zeal. Each rendition paid homage to the indomitable spirits of these luminaries who steered India towards its much-coveted freedom.
In a mesmerizing showcase of patriotic devotion, the Patriotic Dance Competition ensued amongst the houses of Gandhi, Nehru, Patel, and Ambedkar. Their enthralling performances exuded an unparalleled dedication to the ethos of patriotism, elegantly rendered through captivating choreography and spirited melodies. The crescendo of anticipation reached its zenith as the results of these spirited competitions were unveiled.
In commemoration of Independence Day, our institution conducted a week long plantation drive, promoting environmental sustainability and patriotism.
The eminent Chief Guest Chairman, APS Rakhmuthi adorned the gathering, illuminating the proceedings with his distinguished presence.With an air of authority and wisdom, Chairman,APS Rakhmuthi delivered an enlightening address to the audience.He shared anecdotes from his own journey and emphasized the importance of discipline, courage, and patriotism in shaping the future of the nation. His words kindled inspiration among the young minds present, leaving an indelible mark of admiration. He underscored the importance of instilling patriotism as a cornerstone for nurturing conscientious citizens. A moment of unity and harmony ensued as the entire assemblage united in a soul-stirring rendition of the National Anthem.
