JAMMU, Aug 16: As part of the nationwide celebrations of Independence Day, the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC) organized a small yet impressive function in the premises of its Regional Office, Jammu.
The programme commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag by Mrs. Ayushi Puri, Deputy Director, in the presence of all staff members of CBC Jammu. The gathering resonated with patriotic fervour as the Tricolor fluttered high.
In her address, Puri recalled inspiring stories from India's freedom struggle, paying tribute to the sacrifices of the nation's freedom fighters. She urged everyone to work with unity, dedication, and a sense of responsibility so that India could be taken to a stage where it can truly be called a developed nation.
The event concluded with the singing of the National Anthem, reaffirming the commitment of all present to contribute towards the country's progress. |
