Udhampur, Aug 19: Continuing its sustained drive against bovine smuggling, Udhampur Police has attached another movable property of a habitual bovine smuggler.
Today vehicle Mahindra Bolero Pick-Up bearing registration number JK21C-4107 valued Rs 10 lakhs belonging to Arun Kumar S/o Rash Paul R/o Ramgarh, Samba (J&K) was attached under Section 107(5) BNSS by the order of Hon’ble Court of District Mobile Magistrate Traffic, Udhampur.
The said vehicle was involved in case FIR No. 234/2025 U/S 223 BNS & 11 PCA Act of PS Udhampur. During the investigation, detailed inquiry was conducted from multiple aspects.
As per the obtained criminal record and financial investigation, it was revealed that the vehicle was acquired through illegally earned money. Accordingly, it has been attached under the relevant provisions of law. |
