Ch Vikram Randhawa inspects beautification work at Canal, Trikuta Nagar

JAMMU, Aug 20: Vikram Randhawa, MLA from Bahu Constituency, today inspected the ongoing beautification work being carried out across the canal near Nidesh Apartment, Trikuta Nagar, Ward No. 52. The inspection was conducted along with concerned officials from the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) to review the progress and ensure timely completion of the project.
A large number of local residents accompanied the MLA during the visit and appreciated the developmental initiatives being undertaken in the area. During the interaction, residents also raised the demand for construction of a bathing ghat along the canal to facilitate the local population and provide them with better civic amenities. Randhawa assured that the demand would be taken up with the concerned authorities for early consideration and necessary action.
Prominent persons present on the occasion included Nitish Mahajan (Mandal President), Ajay Gupta (Ex-Corporator), Kulbheer Charak (District General Secretary), Rajinder Koul, Vishal Gupta, Kapil Khurana, Pawan Khajuria, Rama Jamwal, Sandeep Sharma, and several others.
Speaking on the occasion, Randhawa reiterated his commitment to the holistic development of Bahu Constituency. He emphasized that alongside beautification works, public convenience projects such as the bathing ghat will also be prioritized to meet local demands. He further assured that more such development initiatives will be taken up in the coming days to enhance the overall civic infrastructure and living standards of the people.
