3-day Artificial Intelligence Workshop concludes at DIET Doda

DODA, Aug 21: A three-day workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI), titled "AI - Who Am I?", concluded successfully at the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Doda, marking a significant step forward in advancing digital empowerment and technological integration in the education sector.
The workshop was organized by VISHWAGRAM Trust in collaboration with the District Administration Doda and the School Education Department, under the guidance of District Development Commissioner Harvinder Singh and the keen supervision of Chief Education Officer Mohammad Hafiz.
The event aimed to introduce educators to the fundamentals, real-world applications, and ethical considerations of Artificial Intelligence, with the broader objective of strengthening digital literacy and critical thinking among educators.
More than 40 teachers and education professionals from across the district participated actively in the workshop. The participants explored how AI is reshaping the educational landscape and the importance of equipping classrooms with future-ready tools and perspectives.
The sessions were conducted by eminent resource persons, including Sanjay Ji from VISHWAGRAM Trust and Dr. Vishal Badani, AI expert and Professor at Lokbharti University, Gujarat. Their sessions highlighted the transformative potential of AI across sectors, particularly in education, and emphasized the need for responsible innovation, ethical understanding, and inclusive digital transformation.
Speaking at the closing session, Dr. Vishal Badani remarked, "Educators are at the forefront of preparing the next generation for a world shaped by AI. Building foundational awareness is the first step toward meaningful and inclusive digital transformation."
The workshop was effectively coordinated by Anu Radha, Nodal Official from the School Education Department, Doda, whose efforts ensured seamless execution, high engagement levels, and strong outcomes for all participants.
