JAMMU, Sept 6: Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's initiative of Sewa Pakhwada, MLA Jammu West constituency Arvind Gupta organized a free medical camp today at the residence of BJP leader Sucha Singh in Ward No. 31. The event was conducted in collaboration with Mandal President Anil Angral, doctors from various departments, senior BJP leaders Keshav Chopra, Arun Dubey, Deepak Kumar, Jatin Sethi, Bhupinder Gupta, along with numerous BJP karyakartas and local residents. The camp was specifically arranged to provide essential medical assistance to families affected by the recent floods in Jammu. Residents of the area were offered free consultations, medicines, and guidance on health issues arising due to flood-related conditions. MLA Arvind Gupta also engaged directly with the affected families to understand their problems and offer necessary support. Speaking on the occasion, Arvind Gupta said, "The recent floods have caused immense suffering for families in Jammu West. Under the Sewa Pakhwada initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, it is our duty to extend timely assistance to those in need. This medical camp is a small step to ensure that flood-affected residents receive proper medical care and feel supported by their community." He further added, "I thank all the doctors who volunteered their time and expertise, and I am grateful to the Chief Medical Officer for extending timely cooperation, which was crucial to the smooth functioning of this camp. The spirit of service and unity is what will help us overcome such natural calamities, and we remain committed to the welfare of our residents."
