Jammu, Sept 11: The Apni Party District Jammu Urban team, led by District President Jammu Urban, Abhay Bakaya, distributed relief material to distressed families in Ward #71, Sidhra, heavily impacted by recent floods.
Joining Mr. Bakaya were Sr. Vice President Neelam Gupta, Secretary Sheekha Dogra, Shakti Devi, District President Trade Union Onkar Singh, District President KP Wing Chand Ji Bhat, Executive Member Sushma Ji, and other dedicated executive members. The team met residents across different localities, observed their hardships firsthand, and assured them of Apni Party’s commitment to supporting the needy and advocating for their rights.
“The devastation caused by the recent floods has been overwhelming for the residents of Sidhra. Apni Party stands with all those affected, and we appeal to the administration to expedite relief and restoration works, including the installation of protective crates and retaining walls to prevent further suffering in the future,” said Abhay Bakaya, District President Jammu Urban.
