FICCI FLO JKL rolls out Phase-4 of flood relief efforts in Jammu

JAMMU, Sept 15: FICCI FLO Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh (JKL) continued its relief outreach by launching Phase-4 of its Flood Relief Donation Drive, extending timely support to families badly hit by the recent floods.
Leading the initiative, Ms. Aarti Chowdhary, Chairperson, FICCI FLO JKL, along with her team handed over the flood relief material to Ms. Devyani Rana, Vice President, BJP Yuva Morcha (BJYM), expressing solidarity with those affected.
During this phase, 150 relief kits were provided to Ms. Devyani Rana for distribution in her constituency. Each kit included blankets, mattresses, bed sheets, and pillows, aimed at offering immediate comfort and much-needed relief to flood-affected households.
On the occasion, Aarti Chowdhary underlined FLO JKL's ongoing commitment to social service, stating "As we move into Phase-4 of our relief campaign, our resolve is only growing stronger. FLO JKL is determined to stand shoulder to shoulder with every family affected by the floods. Our support will remain consistent as communities rebuild their lives with dignity and resilience."
Acknowledging the support, Ms. Devyani Rana expressed her gratitude to FICCI FLO JKL for extending timely relief to flood-affected families. She assured that the distributed kits would directly reach the deserving households in her constituency and emphasized that such collaborative efforts between social organizations and community representatives play a crucial role in rebuilding lives after natural calamities.
The core FLO JKL team accompanying the Chairperson included Varuna Anand, National Vertical Head Partnerships and Collaboration; Sona Mehta - Treasurer, Shipra Aggarwal- Joint Treasurer.
The FLO JKL leadership further assured that additional phases of relief distribution are already under planning, to ensure wider coverage and long-term support for impacted families across the Union Territories of Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh.
