early times report

Nagrota, Nov 2: In a high-energy push to secure the Nagrota Assembly Constituency bye-election, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) senior leader and Parbhari of Akhnoor District, Vinay Gupta, spearheaded an extensive door-to-door campaign today in fervent support of the party’s candidate, Sushri Devyani Rana. The campaign, marked by direct voter engagement and passionate public addresses, underscored the BJP’s unwavering focus on youth empowerment, women’s leadership, and accelerated development under the visionary guidance of PM Modi.
Addressing a series of corner meetings and household interactions across Nagrota, Vinay Gupta made an impassioned appeal to electors, urging them to strengthen the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi by electing Sushri Devyani Rana as their representative. “Devyani Rana embodies the spirit of youth, dynamism, and development,” Gupta declared. “Her victory will not only reinforce the BJP’s development agenda but also serve as a powerful testament to women’s empowerment in J&K.”
Gupta invoked the enduring legacy of the late Devender Singh Rana, the former MLA of Nagrota, whose relentless efforts had laid a robust foundation for the constituency’s transformation. “The overwhelming mandate for MS Devyani Rana will be the most fitting tribute to Rana ji’s vision,” he said, highlighting landmark initiatives in road connectivity, healthcare, education, and rural electrification undertaken during the late leader’s tenure. The campaign saw enthusiastic participation from residents, who turned out in large numbers to interact with the BJP delegation. Gupta called upon voters to exercise their franchise in record numbers on polling day, describing the bye-election as a golden opportunity to accelerate Nagrota’s journey towards prosperity.
The BJP's door-to-door initiative aims to engage voters ahead of the crucial bye-election. Party workers distributed pamphlets that outline Devyani Rana's priorities, focusing on women-led development, youth skill enhancement, and infrastructure upgrades. Gupta reassured residents of the government's commitment to resolving local issues like water supply, power reliability, and employment generation.
As the campaign progresses, the BJP's message of continuity and development is gaining traction in Nagrota. Devyani Rana is positioned as the torchbearer of her late father's legacy, fueling confidence in a significant victory that supports Prime Minister Modi's agenda for J&K.
Vinay Gupta praised local party workers as essential to the BJP's success and encouraged them to communicate the message of development and unity. The campaign saw strong local support for BJP candidate MS Devyani Rana, who urged voters to participate actively and vote for her to promote a prosperous Nagrota.
