Ramban, Feb 4: District Police Ramban secured community services as a punishment for the accused persons in preventive proceedings under Section 355 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
1. The accused, namely Mushtaq Ahmed S/o Abdul Hamid R/o Karol, Ramban was awarded community service in the form of cleaning, sweeping, and mopping at District Court Complex Ramban for a period of three hours on dated 31-01-2026 by Hon’ble Add. Spl. Mobile Magistrate court Ramban.
2. The accused, namely Parinder Singh D/O Gopal Singh R/O Batiya, Aidhwa Ramban, was awarded community service in the form of cleaning, sweeping, and mopping at District court complex Ramban for 3 hours on dated 31-01-2026 by Hon’ble Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st class(Munsiff) Ramban.
3. The accused, namely Raj Singh D/O Dwarka Nath R/O Maitra, Govindpura Ramban, was awarded community service in the form of cleaning, sweeping, and mopping at Court complex for a period of 1 day for 1 hour on dated 31-01-2026 by Hon’ble CJM Court Ramban.
