World Yog institute promotes Yoga, Hanuman Puja, Clean Green Jammu initiative

JAMMU, Feb 10: Vishwa Yog Sansthaan (World Yog Institute) organized its regular Tuesday morning yoga session at Hari Ki Pauri, Bache Bahu, Jammu, along with a special puja dedicated to Lord Hanuman. On this occasion, a year-long resolution was taken to strengthen the Clean & Green Jammu movement being actively promoted by the World Yog Institute.
Members of Vishwa Yog Sansthaan and Yoga Guru Dr.Karan Ji came together to discuss and plan initiatives to make Jammu cleaner, greener, and more welcoming, so that students and practitioners from across the world feel inspired to visit Jammu repeatedly for yoga and wellness programs.
The event was graced by the presence of Jammu Municipal Corporation CTO, Er. Balkar Angurana, who recently took charge of his new responsibility. He participated in the Hanuman Ji puja and interacted with the members of the institute. Shri Bansi Lal Gupta Ji, Shri Suresh Gupta Ji, and Shri Suresh Sharma Ji honored the CTO by presenting him with a sacred image of Lord Hanuman.
During the interaction, CTO Er. Balkar Angurana assured Yoga Guru Dr Karan Ji and the members of Vishwa Yog Sansthaan of full cooperation from the Municipal Corporation, stating that whatever support is possible from their side will be extended to promote cleanliness, greenery, and public wellness in Jammu.
Prominent participants present on the occasion included Ch. Balkar Ji, Shri Sunny Ji, Shri Sham Kalsi Ji, Shri Seth Ji, Shri Ashok Ji, Shri Khullar Ji, Mater Shakti, and many yoga practitioners and volunteers, who collectively contributed to the success of the program.
The event reflected a strong message of unity, spirituality, environmental responsibility, and commitment toward making Jammu a global center for yoga and holistic living.
