JAMMU, May 14: Continuing its aggressive crackdown against drug trafficking, Gadigarh Police attached a movable property worth Rs 18.25 lakh belonging to an alleged notorious drug peddler. The attached property includes a Hyundai Creta bearing registration number JK02DC-9666, seized under Section 68-F of the NDPS Act in connection with FIR Number 50/2026 registered at Police Station Satwari under Sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act and Section 111 of the BNS. The accused has been identified as Rashpal Singh, son of Pritam Singh, a resident of Mahakali Nagar, Upper Gadigarh, Jammu. He is presently lodged in Kot Bhalwal Jail in connection with the same case. The action was carried out by Incharge Police Post Gaddi garh PSI Jarnail Singh under the supervision of SHO Satwari Inspector Jai Paul Singh as part of the ongoing anti-narcotics drive aimed at dismantling the financial networks of drug peddlers and curbing the drug menace in the region. |
