| Concept Tree's Jaypee Group Property Show in Jammu - A great success! | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 29: A two-day long property show organized by Concept Tree and Jaypee Group began here today at Jammu Club. On the first day of show investors thronged the property show organized by Concept Tree at Jammu Club to know about and buy properties in Delhi National Capital Region (NCR). Our correspondent spoke to couple of investors at the event and was told that they are quite happy with the kind of properties on display and looking to book properties based on their requirements. Sachin Sharma who booked a 2-bed room apartment in the project Kasa Isles informed that his son is in 1st year of Amity College and will graduate in next 3 years. Once he graduates he intends to take up work in Noida. He is excited that once his son graduates, he will have a place close to his work. When asked about the key reason for investing with Jaypee group, the investors said that they believe in the credibility of this company. Further because Jaypee group has carried out work in the J&K state, this increases their comfort level. An interesting thing that came out while interacting with the investors was the role played by Concept Tree which is an arm of Australian based company. Investors told us that they are very happy with the working of Concept Tree as they are not only helping them with buying property but act as their partner in the whole transaction.
They have helped clients in many ways such as organising site visits in Delhi, help with the property paper work, following up with the builder on their behalf and also managing home loans from banks like HDFC. HDFC was available at the show to facilitate any home loan enquiries for the clients. Jaypee representatives have been extremely happy with the turnout and are also looking to target the Srinagar market in coming month along with the assistance of Concept Tree. Event saw a turnout of more than 100 investors on day one; we are hoping that there will be more rush on Sunday. "This event aimed at creating an environment which gave the people of Jammu an opportunity to explore the developments in the real estate outside J&K and gave the developer - Jaypee Group another successful event.
