RAJOURI, June 5: Hundreds of people from all over the district ,representatives of several organisations including political parties, leaders and employees of various government departments accorded a touching farewell to the former Deputy Commissioner S.Jaipal Singh who has been recently transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Anantnag. Setting an exemplary mark by his administrative skills and dedicated approach in carrying out the developmental works in the district, Singh has created a niche for himself in the hearts of the people who expressed their admiration and lauded his services in the district. Speaking on the occasion, Jaipal Singh thanked the people for their cooperation during his tenure and said that it was a coordinated effort by his team that helped him to fulfil the aspirations of the people in an effective manner. He asked the people to render same cooperation to the district administration in future for the development of the district. The new Deputy Commissioner Rajouri G. A. Khwaja also lauded the services of his predecessor and said that his efforts will be strengthened for the betterment of the people and development of the district.
