| Rs. 21 Lakh scholarships for J&K students from St. Soldier Group of Institutions | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 26: Good news has come for students of Jammu and Kashmir since Saint Soldier Group of Institutions (SSGI) Jalandhar has announced to provide Rs. 21 Lakh scholarships.
In a press conference arranged by leading education group of Punjab in which Managing Director (MD) Saint Soldier Group (SSG) Prof. Manhar Arora while addressing to the media said that looking at intelligence and willingness to acquire higher education Saint Soldier Group of Institutions have decided to offer Master Raj Kanwar Scholarships of worth Rs.21 Lakh to the students of Jammu & Kashmir.”
Arora added that Saint Soldier Group of Institutions, Jalandhar is offering Engineering (B.Tech), Management(MBA,BBA), Information Technology(MCA,BCA), Pharmacy (B.Pharma, D.Pharma), Bio-Technology, Teacher Education, Polytechnic, Physiotherapy, Law, Nursing, Hotel Management and other degree courses in which more that 30000 students from across India are getting Schooling and Higher Education.
So to benefit all the students we will provide scholarship of Rs.10,000 to every student belong to all classes despite of their marks. This means that if student have 40% marks but belongs to the above said criteria shall be given admission and will have right to claim for the scholarships. There will not be any criteria of marks but only the willingness of the candidates and his parents to start his/her higher education with us.
Announcing more benefits, Managing Director (MD) Prof. Manhar Arora told that if these students perform well in the university examination then these students would be given more benefits, even relaxation in the tuition fees in the forthcoming semesters. Special arrangements will be done to provide placements to all the students who will enroll for this scheme.
