J&K govt issues winter secretariat schedule | | | Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Oct 21: Jammu and Kashmir government today issued schedule for Winter Secretariat to be made functional from November 8 onwards here at Civil Secretariat. Minister for School Education Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed will attend civil secretariat from November 8 to 12 and Minister for Rural Development Ali Mohammad Sagar from November 15 to 19, as per the schedule. Minister for Forests Mian Altaf Ahmad will attend winter secretariat from November 22 to 26 and Minister for PHE and Irrigation Taj Mohi-ud-Din from November 29 to December 3. Minister for Tourism Nawang Rigzin Jora will attend the secretariat from December 6 to 10 and Minister for Industries and Commerce Surjit Singh Slathia from December 13 to 17. Minister for Health, Horticulture and Floriculture Sham Lal Sharma will attend from December 20 to 24 and Minister for CAPD and Transport Qamar Ali Akhoon from December 27 to 31. Minister for Medical Education Rajinder Singh Chib will attend winter secretariat from January 3 to 7, 2011 and Minister for Agriculture Ghulam Hassan Mir from January 10 to 14. Minister for Social Welfare, ARI & Training and Public Grievances Sakina Itoo will attend winter secretariat from January 17 to 21 and Minister for Revenue Raman Bhalla from January 24 to 28. Minister for Higher Education Abdul Gani Malik will attend winter secretariat from January 31 to February 4 and Minister for Animal Husbandry, Sheep Husbandry, Science & Technology and Information Technology Aga Syed Rahulla Mehdi from February 7 to 11. Minister of State for Law and Justice, Parliamentary Affairs, Rural Development and Panchayats Ajaz Ahmad Khan will attend winter secretariat from February 14 to 18 and Minister of State Cooperatives, Planning and Finance Dr. Manohar Lal Sharma will attend winter secretariat from February 21 to 25.
