| PHE daily wagers hold protest | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 6: A protest demonstration was organized by the PHE daily wagers union at PHE office near Bus Stand here today.
The protest was held under the chairman ship of Provincial President of the forum Gurnam Salathia and President PHE daily wager union Puran Chand.
The protest was held to highlight various burning issues especially regularization of the daily wagers in all departments who have been engaged after 1994 and who have completed their seven year of service in the department.
The speaker highlighted various problem faced by the daily rated worker and appealed to the government for immediate redressal of their grievances/demands which are pending fulfillment since long.
They also stated that similar type of demonstrations shall continue in various offices which are affiliated with this forum.
The members who were the part of this demonstration were Sunil Khajuria, Rajan Sharma, Naresh Sharma and others.
