| Amandeep murder case | | HC seeks record from trial court | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec: 21 :- The High Court today sought record of Amandeep murder case from the trial court. The order was passed in a petition filed by Choduhary Rakesh Singh brother of Choudhary Nagar Singh and Jagar Singh who is facing trial in the murder case of Amandeep Singh and Trial Court framed charges u/s 409, 120-B RPC and 3/25 Arms Act. The petitioner has sought quashment of the order of the trial court passed on December 6, 2010.
Justice Sunil Hali while hearing the parties directed the registry to list the case on December 30, 2010. JNF
