| VOJ traps Sr. Asst of BMO Office Batote | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec: 21 (JNF):- Vigilance Organization Jammu today laid a trap and caught red-handed Mohd Yaseen Sr. Assistant in the office of Block Medical Officer Batote while accepting bribe amount of Rs 3000/- from the complainant.
According to the FIR No 29/2010 December 21, 2010 one Rajinder Singh Manhas posted as Head Pharmacist at Sanasar and scheduled to retire in the month of February 2011 approached the said senior assistant for process of his pension case. But the senior assistant demanded Rs 3000/- for the job. On his complaint, the VOJ registered a case and laid a trap. The accused was caught red handed and a case u/s 5(2) J&K PC Act 2006 r/w section 161 RPC has been registered. JNF
