| 3 killed, 3 hurt in road mishaps | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, May 15: A minor girl and two motorcycle-borne youth were killed and three others wounded in different road accidents here today.
A rashly driven truck (JK02AG-8745) hit a scooter at Muthi, resulting in critical injuries to the scooterist and instant death of his minor daughter who was on the pillion seat, according to
police sources.
The dead was identified as Shivani Koul and the injured as Shadi Lal Koul of Domana.
Shadi Lal was admitted to the GMC hospital where his condition was stated to be critical.
In another incident, two youth were killed when a speeding bus (JK02AH/1394) hit their motorcycle at Siot Morh in Poonch.
Sources identified them as Mohan Lal (21), son of Krishan Lal, and Pankaj, son of Satpal of Poni Morh, Reasi.Balbir, son of Sardhari Lal of Jakh Barh in Kathua, and Sandeep Singh, son of Kartar Singh of Ramban, were wounded when their motorbike was hit by a bus at Ramkote in Kathua. They were hospitalised.Cases in this connection were registered at the concerned police stations.
