Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 18: After the Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi took serious note of the episode of denying the party mandate of Satish Sharma from the Chhamb Assembly segment, the Jammu and Kashmir Congress Committee awakened from the deep slumber and constituted a panel to ascertain the reason behind party’s worst-ever defeat in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections.
