Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 1: The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has found itself under increased scrutiny as the Fact-Finding Committee constituted to analyze the reasons behind the party’s historic defeat in the recently held Assembly elections has failed to submit its report within the stipulated timeline. Formed on October 18 by JKPCC chief Tariq Hameed Karra, the committee was tasked with preparing a comprehensive report within 30 days, but over six weeks later, the panel has yet to finalize its findings.
