Kishtwar, July 31: The search operation in remote Honzar village of Dachhan in Kishtwar District hit by the cloudburst during the intervening night of 27/28 July continued for fourth running day with SDRF and NDRF teams joining the Jammu and Kashmir police, Army and civil administration.
As per the details available with with Early Times, the government rushed the sniffer dog squad to the cloudburst hit area.

Srinagar, July 31: With the arrest of two terrorists, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) had busted a terror syndicate involved in supplying arms to terrorists of Jammu and Kashmir from Bihar on July 23.
Two residents of Bihar were arrested by the NIA for their alleged involvement in transporting arms from Bihar and handing the same consignment to terrorists active in Jammu and Kashmir.
In this connection, the NIA on Saturday along with J&K police and CRPF conducted searches at nine locations in Shopian, Anantnag, and Jammu districts in the case RC-01/2021/NIA/JMU.

Through the initiative, the country aims to lead regional efforts in combating climate change. The invite by Saudis shows India's centrality on climate issues.

Jammu, July 31: A suspected drone activity was spotted on Saturday following which the traffic was briefly suspended in the Bari Brahmana area of Samba district in Jammu and Kashmir.
Police said that the Army authorities informed them about suspicious activity of drones near the Industrial area at Bari Brahmana.
“Police and Army teams reached the spot but nothing has been found so far. We are carrying searches and also monitoring the situation,” police added.

SRINAGAR, July 31: The Government on Saturday informed that 118 new positive cases of novel Corona virus (COVID-19), 40 from Jammu division and 78 from Kashmir division, have been reported today, thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 321462.
Moreover, 113 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and discharged from various hospitals including 43 from Jammu Division and 70from Kashmir Division.
