Jammu, Sept 29: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has ordered the transfer and posting of Naseer Ahmad Dar, Director, J&K Judicial Academy, as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Srinagar, against the available post.
The order has been issued by the Office of the Registrar General of the High Court in the interest of administration.
The High Court has further ordered that the additional charge of Director, J&K Judicial Academy shall be assigned to the Registrar Vigilance, High Court of J&K and Ladakh, till further orders. (JNF) |
