| Deputation calls on Director Local Bodies | | | EARLY TIMES REPROTER

The Director Local Bodies, Jammu has constituted a three member committee has directed them to look into the irregularities of Municipal Committees, Bishnah.
According to sources, a deputation of ward members of the committee comprising of Dev Raj Bhagat, Kuldeep Gupta, Rakesh Sharma, Banarsi Dass, Sat Paul and Anuradha Pandy call on Director Local Bodies and told him that the Ex President of the committee has not furnished the full statement of expenditure up to last December. The members said, a number of times he was asked to furnish the full details of last years expenditure, but till date he failed to provide it.
The ward members demanded that the Ex-President he asked to provide full detailed about the amount he collected from various agencies during his period as President, which included monthly collection of rent from shops, Rehari, Khilafwarzi, state grant, auction of Adda etc.
Director assured the deputation that the committee has been directed to go through all records and submit reports as early a possible.
