| Monitoring team reviews progress on CCS | | | KISHTWAR FEB 12
National Level Monitoring team led by B.K.Gandhi of Union Ministry of Rural Development visited Block Kishtwar to review the progress of Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS) under implementation in the Block.
The team took review of developmental works and also inspected the record of National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme maintained in the office of the Block Development Office (Programme Officer NREGS).
Project Officer DRDA Doda and other senior officers accompanied the team.
Gandhi appreciated the progress made under various schemes in the area and expressed his happiness for creating awareness among the common masses about the launch of these schemes and its impact on the rural economy. The team was given a slide show of developmental works under execution in the area.
Dr. Arvind Karwani BDO Kishtwar and B.K.Gandhi interacted with laborers besides the self- help groups.
